for the client, who wishes to have consultants on reach within 1hr at onsite, with strategize COE and Transition the facility to client
after stabilization period.
Near Shore ERP Savvy, Inc, Near
shore model is an innovative and concept designed to provide efficiency, security,
and accurate support to CLIENT.
More Specifically, the Near Shore
model will consist of a physical facility being setup within a 25 mile radius based
on availability of CLIENT location to provide 24 x 7 x 365 SAP support for CLIENT.
Near Shore Facilities:
Facility will be established within
1 week of the contract and equipped fully with 3 weeks from the contract date.
All facility, Facilities, Equipment
and Services for this facility will be obtained will be under discretion /disbursement
of ERP Savvy, Inc.,
The facility will hold all listed
items below:
- This facility will be acquired by
lease/rent from any available technology parks within the Radius.
- Security and Accessibility of the
Facilities around the clock will be our deciding factors for such a facility and
building codes of the county is adhered to by the owner of property.
- All properties within this facility
will be insured.
- All computer hardware will be virus
protected and access protected to maximum possible and reasonable level of available
resources.

Load Balanced/redundant
Servers
for our internal network Provided for minimum downtime.
If either server fails there will be a backup to ensure 99% uptime.

Routine Back-up will be provided for documents within this
facility and audit reports provide on request.
- Multi-Access High Speed Internet/Network Connectivity
This will ensure that
if one internet service provider is down, support will still be connected to the
internet and CLIENT through another service provider, thereby ensuring higher availability.
- Mini-Conference Room with Projector and Conference phones
To be used for any support meetings, issues, or any other
concerns CLIENT may have.
- Desktop Computers - Secure Desktops that will have security installed features
preventing any copying/backup of unauthorized files as well as secure login features
and accesses will be monitored and all necessary software will be installed.
- 1800 Help Line
Dedicated line to CLIENT for 24 x 7 x 365 support with Load ringer and call waiting
displays (ACD (Automatic call distributor) if required will identified depending
on the call volume).

Employees will be prohibited from providing backups and performing any changes
that are unauthorized.
- Mobile Laptop for emergency On-site Service Near Shore support employees will
be available for emergency on-site service when needed.
This will ensure that there is no disconnect between the user raising the
ticket and the help desk respondent.
The Near Shore employee will respond to on-site call within one (1) hour and will
be billed at an on-sire rate whenever such emergencies arise.
- Uninterrupted Power Supply Power
backups for continuous support which will ensure support is always running.
- Stocked and fully equipment pantry.
- A CAB service will on disburse around
the clock for any emergency onsite client visits from this facility at no-charge.
- Request for onsite support will approved
by the manager in duty from CLIENT facility.
- Facility will hold enough display
materials like charts, Board etc to monitor the progress of the tickets.
- All ERP Savvy employees serving from
near shore facility will be providing with security badges and access cards and
will register with CLIENT security within 3 days of employment.
- ERP Savvy / CLIENT will for force
ensure the same consultant fixes the problem.
