We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP FI S/4 Transformation SME to support a large-scale global SAP transformation initiative. This strategic advisory role requires a seasoned SAP Finance leader who can provide independent oversight, challenge assumptions, identify risks, and help ensure successful delivery of the S/4 HANA program.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive SAP FI expertise, multiple end-to-end S/4HANA transformation experiences, and the executive presence required to engage effectively with senior business and IT stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• 15+ years of hands-on SAP FI consulting experience
• Proven track record of leading and advising on multiple SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
• Deep expertise in SAP Finance processes and best practices
• Experience working within large, complex, and global organizations
• Strong consulting and advisory mindset with the ability to independently assess project direction and outcomes
• Ability to challenge, validate, and provide constructive guidance to System Integrator (SI) teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and IT leadership
• Demonstrated ability to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities throughout transformation programs
• Experience influencing executive-level decision-making and driving strategic outcomes

Project Details

The client is currently in the design phase of a major SAP S/4HANA transformation program. U.S. and Canada localization activities have recently commenced, with Brazil planned as the next rollout phase.

This role will serve as an independent advisor and trusted partner to the client organization, providing:

• Program oversight and governance support
• Independent validation of project deliverables and strategy
• Risk identification and mitigation recommendations
• Quality assurance across transformation activities
• Guidance on SAP Finance and localization considerations
• Strategic support to ensure the program remains aligned with business objectives
