The SAP Plan to Repair Lead is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of repair processes within the SAP environment. This role involves managing the end-to-end repair cycle, ensuring efficient and effective operations, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Process Management: Oversee the entire plan-to-repair process, from initial planning and scheduling to execution and completion of in-house repairs. 

  • System Configuration: Configure and maintain the SAP system to support repair processes, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting. 

  • Coordination: Coordinate with maintenance, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient repair operations. 

  • Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure repairs meet company standards and regulatory requirements. 

  • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on repair activities, identifying trends and areas for improvement. 

  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users on SAP repair processes and best practices. 

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. 

  • Proficiency in SAP configuration and maintenance. 

  • Strong understanding of repair and maintenance processes. 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Certifications: SAP certification in relevant modules. 

  • Experience: Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and other related SAP modules (e.g., PM, MM).
